Acacia IT Accounting Terms:

Our payment terms for invoices are due upon receipt,
unless a credit application has been filled out prior to services and approved.

All invoices will incur late fees if not paid within a timely manner.
For any questions, regarding your accounting, please email us.

Conditions of Invoice:
*1 year limited warranty on parts, does not include labor.
*Parts purchased through online store are subject to store warranty information only
*7 day warranty on used parts does not include labor.
*$55.00 charge for returned checks.
* No cash refund, merchandise credit within 10 days. after 10 days, all sales are final.
*Hardware totaling more than $500.00, payment is due upon delivery.
*Accepting of Services is an acceptance of these terms.
* A 5% monthly fee will be added to any unpaid balances due after 30 days.
